Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Washup offers a full refund of the purchase price under our Money Back Guarantee, as long as the return is made within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day period from your original purchase date by emailing our Customer Service team at Support@getwashup.com. Upon receiving your email, we will guide you through the process and provide all necessary information for returning the product. Please be sure to send us the tracking number once your return package is shipped.

Please note, only products purchased directly from our website can be returned to Washup. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s return and refunds policy.

Refunds are processed within approximately 10 days after we receive the returned item. It may take an additional 5-7 days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

Please be aware:

  • A restocking fee of 10% will apply if the product packaging has been opened. Opening the box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. However, products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging cannot be considered new.
  • Washup does not cover the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges or express shipping fees are non-refundable.
